Our philosophy.

We look forward to helping you plan your stay. We have plenty of reliable recommendations and insider tips to share. We're also glad to take care of any bookings and phone calls required. Whatever we can do for you, do not hesitate to ask in advance, or let us know when you arrive at the hotel.

Hotel bar

Enjoy select regional wines at the hotel bar to put the finishing touch on a lovely day spent in Cochem. We work together with the immediate local wineries for many years now. Of course we also offer non-alcoholic drinks!

Children and parents

Can you imagine anything more beautiful than showing your children the world? You are very welcome to stay at our hotel with your children. We provide high chairs, a crib or a stroller, and even offer a little playroom in the lobby.

Breakfast

The daily breakfast buffet includes a glass of sparkling wine and is served from 8 to 11 o'clock in our traditional cafe with its wooden ceiling beams. A delicious taste you can find on the category webpage Breakfast.

Bike rental

The Moselle River is ideal for cycling. Rent a bike near the hotel and move around easily. We also offer free space for storing your equipment.

Check in / Check out

Check-in time is after 15:00 and check-out time is no later than 10:00.

Flowers

We will gladly forward your flower order to our local florist.

Luggage storage

Luggage can be stored for you in an extra room.

Dogs

Your Dogs are welcome in our hotel. We charge a daily cleaning fee of 12 €.

Umbrellas

Free umbrellas are availble at the reception desk.
